Ron provides the vision and guidance for the Company and is responsible for all of the systems currently in use today by current licensees. As a Real Estate Professional, he saw a need for property management and began managing several homes for clients in the Inland Empire of California back in 1983. Ron’s proven track record of innovation and success in creating a company starting with the management of just 1 property to well over 1,000 properties led him to develop professional and successful systems that have resulted in the establishment of Management One Systems.

Cheri is a Real Estate Broker and the President of Management One that was originated in 1983. Cheri has 36 years of experience in all facets of property management. She the co-founder of Management One and helped build the organization from the ground up, her experience comes from working every position in the company. Cheri’s expertise in training and customer service has greatly enhanced the level of client satisfaction at Management One. Today Cheri is in charge of finance and administration for company.

Tyler Sudman was born into a real estate and property management family with over 40 years of experience so it was only natural for Tyler to pursue a career in the industry. Hehe builds his relationships on his high energy and enthusiastic personality. A firm believer that relationships are the core of any business, Tyler strives to earn the respect, trust, and loyalty of every client.

He says: "I was always taught by my parents that 'TRY' is a fail word. Implementing that mindset into my business as well as my life, it has been a tremendous help and reminder to myself that I will not try, I will DO everything in my power to get the job done to make my clients beyond satisfied and exceed their expectations."

Away from Real Estate, Tyler enjoys being with family, going to the beach with friends and working out.

Her leadership, managerial abilities, and industry knowledge make her a valuable team member. In her free time, Michaele likes traveling up to North California to see and spend special time with her Grandson, visiting local wineries with her Fiancé’, and taking her Malti-Poo Sugar to the park to play.
