We offer you the ability to access your property information 24/7 when you want it, not just when we’re available. During the first 30 days, our accounting department will contact you to go through a brief orientation on how to get the most out of your portal, whether it be from your desktop, tablet, or phone.

Court Appearances

With our Platinum Package, there is no extra charge for this. With our other plans, there is a $250 service fee for each court appearance. Our managers can be in court all day to hear the case hear.

Review & Raise Rents

We strive for resident retention and will conduct a full review of their payment history, condition of the property, and compliance with their lease before any lease renewals. A recent survey by Buildium said that “80% of residents move because of maintenance repairs not being done, and only 20% with a rent increase”. File 3-Day Notices

Should a resident not comply with the terms of the lease, we can remove them from the property. For example: If they are creating damage to the property regularly.

In the unlikely event that a resident needs to be removed from your home we will pay for the eviction and coordinate the process up to $2000 with our full-service plan. However our eviction rate is less than ½ of 1% on the thousands of properties we’ve managed.

Should we have to evict your resident within the first 6 months of the resident moving in, we will cover the next resident.
